After watching the show on TV, twice here are my final thoughts for 2007's Hip Hop Honors:
-Tweet really did look crazy, don't ever wear that wig again

-T-Pain, you're on the edge right now, how could you fuck up a classic like Keith Sweat's "I Want her"? T you are running the gammett on being my hero.....
-Kool Moe Dee looked like he may have swallowed Heavy D
-Can Ne-Yo please stop trying to be the next Michael Jackson, we get it, you can dance, I like you just the way you are
-Keysha Cole looked a little bloated/stiff during her Ne-Yo performance
-I loved Tracy Morgan as a host
-My fave performance of the night? a toss up between the Whodini and the Tribe Called Quest
(why didn't Nas perform on the Whodini tribute, I mean he only sampled most of their hits)
-wasn't BG in Rehab for being a certified crackhead? WHy was he on the stage for the Snoop tribute?

I tried out for a reality TV show called the Fashionista Diaries, I never thought I would get a call back and surprisingly, I was called back as an alternate, signed my life away on a contract just assuming it wouldn't happen, then....I got called back to start production. Well, I chickened out, and there would have been no time to bring you guys all my daily bullshit, focus on my shoots and hustle this paper for all my weave needs. I also felt a little awkward about it, I would be an entry level on something I have been doing for years with people I consider collegues.And, the fact it was airing on SoapNet also garunteed the high drama, and lord knows I don't need that in my life. Needless to say I will watch it, cause i like the drama, as long as I'm not in it.
It premeires Aug 1st on soapnet at 9pm.

I saw an episode of Baldwin Hills, the new reality TV show on BET,it basically follows 11 rich Black kids, Laguna Beach style as they go shopping in taky as Ed Hardy, and etc., burn daddy's plastic, whine about boys that are playing around with your friends and all the other shit rich kids complain about, blah, blah, blah I'm done. The only 2 reasons Ill watch the show

So MTV premiered the trailer for season 3 of The Hills (after a new episode of Making The Band which I won't comment on because I don't believe in teen labour.) and I'm not ashamed to say I can't wait for the new drama. I have refused to watch the show in the past month or so, I'm just over the lame challenges and photoshoots, enough is enough. But I do know, and pray that Jaslene wins. She probably will, think about it, they have NOT had any Latina models ever get this far; for the first 4 episodes I did watch they were always saying how great her shots were; And she's the only one that can give the Eva appeal, they all need (since none of the other winners, before or after have really achieved much). I mean I see them at castings here and there, winners and losers alike all get signed with smaller and sometimes bigger agencies, but no one really likes booking them because of their "reality tv status". Either way I like Jaslene and they need a little flava.
